Eng's Wanton Mee

It has been an errand-ful day today:
  1. Coordinated clarinet ensemble and choir performance for a colleague's event;
  2. Collected Malacca-Singapore coach tickets at Golden Mile Complex for early return from Church Camp;
  3. Drop by Church area, wanted to order cake for mom's birthday surprise celebration tomorrow but it was a failed attempt. Went Hua Li Xuan and bought some snacks for lunch with mom at home;
  4. Ordered kuey from 3rd aunt at Dunman food centre as part of the food for the birthday celebration and bought the most happening wanton noodle at Eng's (not my family's, just happened to be the stall name) right opposite my aunt's stall;
  5. Ordered birthday cake near my place.
Ok, I'm going to bed. Good night!

Note to self: Must eat Eng's wanton mee again...SOON :P~ I had forgotten how much I love it. But parking will be a problem, though. Btw, their chilli is pedas gila, I tell you! ;D

Friendship Inc.

Quite a lot has been running through my head for the past few days, in particularly, the issue of friendship - what it meant to me in the past and what it means to me now. People around me have asked me, "Cynthia, do you have a best friend?" or simply, "Who are you close(r) to?" I don't know what the kind of answers they are expecting out of me and why they would want to know, but everytime such a question is asked, I can't immediately give an answer. It probably sounds kind of strange. I mean, if it's my close or best friend, wouldn't the answer be really straightforward and requires little thought to it?
